You’ll receive custom Invisalign aligners to wear for one-week cycles, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss.

As you replace each aligner with the next one in the series, your teeth will begin to shift—little by little, week by week. You’ll visit our office to meet with our team every 8 to 15 weeks to ensure that your treatment is on track

It may take a day or two for your mouth to adjust to the feel of the Invisalign aligners, so you may temporarily have some soreness during treatment. It’s recommended that you keep the aligners in place for 20–22 hours per day for the best outcome. You may remove them, however, for important occasions like a wedding or job interview. Removing the aligners for the purpose of smoking or using tobacco is a bad idea, since the aligner trays may be impacted. This can affect the overall wellness of your mouth, as well as the health of your body’s other organs.

What happens when my Invisalign treatment is complete?
